Easements and restrictions
Search Update Updates the search for up to six months
from the time of the original search and
includes copies of any document copies filed and
pertinent to the property after the first search
was completed.
Purchase Money Mortgage Search Includes all those things listed in the
current owner searches, but searches for the
mortgage with which the property was purchased.
Document Recordings A searcher from our abstractor network
will personally walk in your documents to the
county clerk’s office and have the documents
recorded in a timely manner
